A farm with a story to tell

Todenham Manor Farm is a Cotswold butchery and farm shop with an online shop, renowned for its beef.

Todenham got in touch when they saw their e-commerce offering soar during the pandemic and wanted to continue this growth post-pandemic once ‘normal’ shopping habits returned. The brief was to build the brand in order to drive consistent traffic to the website and convert to sales whilst raising awareness of the butchery and farm shop locally.

Brand development and creation of marketing strategy to raise further awareness but also re-engage pandemic shoppers. Included web optimisation to improve conversion rates, email strategy, social media strategy, local marketing initiatives such as Royal Mail doordrops and signage, trade marketing and communications, in-store POS and recipe cards, brand collaborations and footfall-driving events.

  • Local marketing strategy

    To drive awareness and footfall locally. Included signage, point of sale in retail partners and the design, print and distribution of Royal Mail door drop to 4 local postcodes telling story of the farm and their meat, with trial-driving vouchers

  • Content creation

    Responsible for creation of engaging content for shoppers including collaborating with foodie influencers on Instagram for recipe card creation and then using that content in-store, in deliveries, online and on social

  • Digital marketing strategy

    To drive traffic to online shop and drive local footfall. Included creation of email template, tidying up, building and management of database, weekly drafting of emails, social media strategy, SEO work and PPC campaign.
