Great Western Studios were looking for strategic direction and ideas to reach potential new studio holders within the West London creative community.
Marketing plan, web re-design and Marketing Executive maternity cover
After carrying out a thorough marketing review and competitor audit, I drafted the marketing and communications plan for the year, which included targeted ways of reaching a very creative audience.
We then re-designed the website to improve the user journey, re-platformed the email database to Klaviyo and built a new template and created a content calendar. This project then led to me taking a marketing lead whilst the current Marketing Executive is on maternity leave.
